We ship the items internationally with tracked mail service with insurance by Japan post. Postage is by weight. We normally ship the items within the next 4 business days. |

Return Policies If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item to us within 40 days of its shipment date and we will refund you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 40 days of the shipment date. The following exceptions to this policy apply: (a) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new. (b) Items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. (c) Washed garments cannot be returned or exchanged. (d) Lines, tipets and flies once opened, cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. Please contact us first with your order number available and let us know that you would like to return the items. We will inform you how to return the items and process your refund or exchange. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS We check the rods carefully before shipment, and we are quite confident in the quality of lines, tipets and other products made in Japan. However there might be defective items rarely. Please contact us first with your order number available to request return authorization. We may provide further instructions. We will replace the item as soon as possible and refund you for the cost of shipping it back to us. Items can only be considered defective, if we are notified within 40 days of purchase. After 40 days, items will be considered "broken" or "damaged". WARRANTY Daiwa and Shomano's rods have a year warranty(Except for reimported items). Where there are other products which have a warranty, we have set out in the product description the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us first and let us know if you have an issue and provide information including the rod model, what problem you have, etc. We will determine the best way to proceed, depending on the problem, and we will provide you with the instructions how to proceed. We note that in many cases, purchasing spare parts is much cheaper than warranty service. BROKEN ROD If you break your rod, please contact us first for instructions and troubleshooting. We will find the quickest and the best way to get your rod fixed. We can often send you only the necessary part, saving you time and money. After we provide you the instructions, please order the replacement parts to get your rod fixed. |
